Could be a ECN (retail) jumping just in front of the MM and there would no way to tell even by looking at time and sales. ECNs do not appear on level 2. Likely what the club is using when you see less 200 shares traded. ENCs don’t pay commissions on trades even for the OTC. They pay a single fee to trade.
