Hard to believe we're still rehashing the ruling. Her decision cost me tens of thousands. It's locked all of us into a nightmare without a positive end in sight. Didn't the cropped table play an over sized role in her ruling?
I've learned appeals are almost certainly a dead end. Although Marjac's was the strongest in my unprofessional opinion. I think it might have succeeded had Amarin been on board.
I've come to believe our patents were not particularly strong. That we were mislead by JT on their strength. The walls he called them. Maybe in a more favorable venue they'd have held.
You've read thousands of rulings so it's not a hobby. Be specific please and in layman's terms describe your top two flaws in her ruling.
