RockStock Channel video says there is still lithium shortage

One thing I found interesting is that the spodumene producers in Australia other than Greenbushes are not hitting 6% grades anymore creating a concentration "deflation" situation which is forcing the miners at Wodgina, Pilbara, Mt Cattlin, and Mt Marion to move/process much more rock (more than Greenbushes) to make the minimum 6% grades which in turn is driving up mining costs, see 3:50 minute mark. This failure to make 6% grades will translate into more ozzie miners setting up refining concentrators in Australia and therefore not selling as much ore to China for processing. Perhaps needless to say, but our LPI Western Australia project isn't even listed in Rodney's charts.

At the 11:14 minute mark Rodney Hooper says of Chile "in my opinion, a heavy hand from the State in anything at the ground level is never a good thing. We shall see how that plays out, but it looks like Boric might be in trouble so maybe those policies will go away but how are Albemarle and SQM and others going to heavily invest (in Chile) if they don't know they have a 20-year in place? The others Rodney is referring to clearly includes SIMCO, LPI, WML SQM private, Simbalik Group, Lithium Chile Ltd (LITH).
