My concern about litigating shorting, is that it could consume both human and financial resources. If the company stays focused on the Biz Plan, we are more likely to get where we want to be. As X pointed out, the SEC is FINALLY working on the market-wide shorting issue. IMHO, I think it is best that Lightwave stays focused on the Biz Plan.
