What in the world will a reputable company compensate ($$) Bioelectronics in the possibility of a merger or buyout. The putrid sales and dire financial situation of this company makes for serious lack of negotiating power from this amateur management, if that ever came to be. No one is going to pay enough to save the stockholders as long as this company has NEVER shown a profit in its 19 years of existence, ESPECIALLY after recently posting the 2 worst quarterly sales in their history. BUYOUT/ MERGER? Be careful what you wish for. IMO, if some entity wanted these products, they would wait for BK and offer the Whelans (IBEX) privately something for the patents. So do not be surprised IMO if this company and the family decide to go 'private'.
