Why would NNC elect to purchase $130M of Nexboard that has never been created, tested sufficiently, approved, or built with? NNC wouldn't. It didn't.

Xeriant has no definitive deal with Next New Concept, Inc.

Next New Concept, Inc. also would have little to no need to raise $5 Million if Next New Concept, Inc. had in fact received payment and funds to construct a 35,000 house housing project.

Seems there are plenty of unsophisticated Accredited investors.

Probably a bunch of unsophisticated Friends n Family Accredited investors invested in Xeriant.
