Once NNC signs a binding 9-figure sales agreement with XERI for that initial 35,000-home mega-development in Africa, the question of their legitimacy will become a moot point. Of course, there will always be doubters until NNC actually starts delivering homes built with XERI's NexBoards -- but at some point in the not-too-distant future (ie, in 2023) the truth will become painfully obvious to all but the most conspiratorially-minded.
