Looks interesting. From the latest 10Q

Preferred shares - 5 million authorised (zero issued)
Common shares - 25 million authorised (10,181,704 issued - float unknown)

They had a bit over 10 million in accumulated deficit, but then had 10 million 2 hundred thousand in paid in capital, so clearly getting the shell cleaned up ready for RM so that the balance sheet is clean. $97,000 in cash on the balance sheet.

From the way this one has been trading, it looks like a nice low floater. Very interesting IMO.
