... but yet strangely Chile won't even make public the most simple basic disclosure as to which 46 companies/individuals are somewhat interested in beginning a lithium mining business inside Chile https://www-mineria--pa-com.translate.goog/noticias/chile-ha-sondeado-con-46-potenciales-inversores-de-12-paises-para-la-explotacion-del-litio/?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=nui ...that sounds like the opposite of being transparent (as espoused by Willy) to us.

Dear Undersecretary Willy Kracht (at EITI) and Dear Undersecretary of International Economic Relations Claudia Sanhueza, is the reason you (Claudia) are refusing to divulge the 46 interested parties for lithium businesses in Chile because you want to give the Gang of 7 a "head start" on shaking these people down for bribes in order for the some of the 46 people to get on a short-list to even be allowed into Chile to investigate lithium mining possibilities? And, you fear that if you were to become EITI "transparent" that news reporters could contact these people back in their foreign countries and find out what conditions are being levied upon them by un-elected bureaucrats in the Gang of 7 to "grease the skids" for them to get a basic first toehold in Chile... and report that progress (or the lack of progress) every night on the 6PM TV news?
