RS predicted for 21 months now, and still no RS. Give it a rest. Not happening anytime soon. There's no reason to RS at this point. It's not going to accomplish anything. Shares issued and authorized shares would be reduced by the same RS ratio. Israeli law requires that, so it wouldn't impact dilution. They would sell fewer shares at higher prices to raise money.

It wouldn't be like IBIO, which did a 1:25 RS of their issued shares with no change in their authorized shares. They slipped that one by shareholders. Talk about setting a company up for major dilution. LOL
