I'm not sure i buy into the ongoing naked shorts. The legal shorts are 39 million as per otcmarkets.com. I feel the only naked shorting occurred on high volume days for hours or maybe a day or two to artificially drop the price. This in conjunction with spoofing could drop the price like we have seen. I'm guessing but this seems to be what they did. I feel like they (bad guys) will settle because i'm guessing NWBO has some strong proof based on the law firm and how they took the case. If they settle we may not find out what they did unless the Feds pick up the case.

I'm sure good news in the future will be harder for them to act on like they have in the past. We shall see....
