I’m hoping this agreement in principle hasn’t been finalized, yet. The NDCA dismissals changes the weak position VPLM was put in, aka, pending 101 Alice Motion. This is a big game changer. IMHO

The Amazon MG trial was originally set for July. If no agreement is signed, then trial more likely (possibly) pushed back a few months. If I were them, I’d hold off until then, before agreeing to any settlement. VPLM’s position is much stronger, now. It’ll be interesting if they ask for a delay in the stay.

Monday, next big day, aka, Zoom call hearing regarding the reconsideration of the ‘606 RBR claim vs. Amazon. (Trial set for early ‘24).

Then the infamous 45 days, agreement in principle concludes mid next week.
