When COOP sells XOME it could be $80+ instantly, and with the rising servicing gains thanks to rising rates $100 to $120+ in 2024

They said the monetization of XOME could happen in Q3!

All IMO...

From the sound of his post it seems he feels all value has been gained or that will be gained from COOP. $52-$53 was it?

Perhaps escrow - WMI or something will further enhance shareholder value for those that signed timely releases...

Myself..I still believe there is further value in COOP for the future.
