It means DCs from any person can be loaded with tumor antigens from someone else tumor tissues. Is that unusual?

This is an interesting thought that had nor occurred to me before. This of course assumes that an antigen is so small a part, that it does not trigger a "non-self" immune response. If this can work, then we basically have an answer to inoperable cancers using "L" in addition to using "Direct." I think this thought-path (if it works) can lead to extra-ordinary things further down the road. It can also lead to an off-the-shelf solution to many cancers OR MANY DISEASES where you have the target antigens sitting on the shelf from a mixture of many many previous patients' cancers or diseases. All you need from the current patient is a leukapharesis. I find this thought fascinating.

It also leads to mRNA solution al la Moderna, by translating your library of antigens to mRNA and then training your DCs off them.
