We are VERY sorry that we've had to dismiss the proceeding against your company. We both know that DBMM was guilty of breaking the filing statutes (as plainly stated in the ALJ ID). It's unfortunate that our mistake internally has allowed your company to escape the revocation that was awaiting it.

We are also VERY sorry to tell you that we will be closely watching DBMM for what we feel will be the inevitable mistakes that it will make in the future. We look forward to getting another proceeding against your company going soon!
