At least someone tried to get around the stonewalling through a public information request and good on them.

Unfortunately, the public interest in seeing that NWBO shareholder money is not misspent is not going to be compelling to a UK entity with NWBO being a U.S. company. If NWBO were a UK company with a very large number of UK shareholders then perhaps they would balance the interests differently.

The decision can be appealed but it probably will not do any good.
