I've spent chunks of my life pouring over spreadsheets. It's ironic because I often do not pay close attention to detail. Frankly, I'm a bit lazy, though I'd like to say it was because I have too much going on.

Phantom is the opposite, clearly. You didn't ask me about buying now. You asked him, but FWIW, I'll offer something to noodle that comes at the question from a different (lazy) perspective.

The current market cap is about $15m. Think about that for a minute. If you believe the company will fail, you sell or hold and call it a day. If you believe it will succeed, you buy hand over fist with everything you have. There aren't many scenarios where "succeed" doesn't land you above a $15m market cap. I suppose you could wait for a lower price. Your guess is as good as mine about whether that will come.

The challenge and question, to me, is rather about conviction (putting aside risk tolerance, capital availability, diversification, time horizon, the opportunity cost of capital and alternative investment opportunities, etc.). I'll leave it at that.
