Ron, The UW's WERE ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED to get Class 22. Class 19 was NOT supposed to be diluted. Alice was merely trying to undo the sneak. But for 'some reason' the sneak was allowed....

They were 'for some reason'? snuck into Class 19 WITHOUT the Judges permission.
She later stated she 'would have approved it , if known', BUT the fact remains, they were SNUCK in.

WHY did the UW's OBVIOUSLY WANT Class 19? $$$$
