I am watching this one closely SRK - I am not in at the moment, but am investigating with a view to taking a position shortly.
I think you make some good points.
It is hard to tell the OS and float though from data available online, because yahoo is notorious for being outdated and pinksheets.com shows the OS in 2004, but no number for the float.
As you say, the share price is pretty lively at the moment, which would indicate a low float.
I think we are seeing some traders taking money out following the lack of significant gap up over the weekend. It is looking like a decent buy to me here, but I don't have any dry powder - buggar !
