I agree on all points.

I think if they're gonna indict him, they'd better do it now, before we get any closer to the '24 elections. And really, would any of the other candidates be sorry? I don't think so, though I wonder what they'll say if it happens. Pence and Haley already seem a bit emboldened: they've both said NO president should ever be supportive of Kim Jong Un in any way.

The word I'm tired of is "UNFAIR". If I never hear it again, it'll be too soon.
