My hunch is that the MAA has been submitted and accepted and we'll see a PR when the company has the marketing license "In hand" !!! The only thing that is material in the entire sequence is approval and licensing!! The first 2 steps do not represent any degree of certainty and therefore are not material. That's a fact! Of course, MIA approval and licensing definitely suggests that the marketing license will be granted along with the insurance reimbursement from NICE, but my point is that as long as Linda Powers and Team are not required to disclose their working process, why on earth would they voluntarily telegraph their procedural moves and associated timelines to the lying, pond scum that have been interfering with every effort the company makes to obtain approval to market DCVax-L ??? Answer- They wouldn't!!!
