The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged cryptocurrency giant Binance and its founder, Changpeng Zhao, with breaking securities rules.

It is an attack at the heart of crypto. Binance is, by far, the world’s largest crypto exchange, and Zhao, known in the industry as “CZ,” one of its most influential players.

“Through thirteen charges, we allege that Zhao and Binance entities engaged in an extensive web of deception, conflicts of interest, lack of disclosure, and calculated evasion of the law,” SEC Chair Gary Gensler said in a statement.

THE CRYPTO SCAM IS UNWINDING.... IT WILL BE REGULATED OUT OF EXISTENCE!!!!!
