Vechery has power to control behind the scenes,
otherwise why stop the mines????

The Mexico Land deal was to counter Vechery blocking the mines,
to get the deal going....

May filing would be good news for the shareholders,
well now,
it’s no longer
Greg Halpern's obligation....


Vechery wants control of the company,
by all means,

control it....
