The company has been harmed by the failure of the SEC to follow its stated procedures. Both in reputation and loss of income. Imagine if the case was dismissed after the Judges decision. That timeframe when the pandemic was happening. That would have been the perfect time for DBMM to show/sell its services.
It doesn’t take much to put a brief together and file the lawsuit as they have all the documents already. They can still work their business as normal.
I know when they talk to prospective clients. Those clients will ask about what happened with the SEC. Wouldn’t it be great to say the SEC failed but we knew we were right and committed to our company and services we provide.
