Great post! I agree with everything you say here and hadn’t considered the independent valuation of the company being tied in with a potential buyback of shares. What I’m wondering though is why that buyback wouldn’t be happening right now? Why the delay, unless the company itself would be involved in trying to lower the price more. I don’t want to go there.
