No, they will be looking at the predatory lending practice, by the time this SEC investigation is over, AUCTUS will be out of business. I'm guessing that AUCTUS had already sold millions of XERI's stock, like they've done with 100 other companies. Auctus is all about filling their pockets as fast as they can, they're thieves.
