Yeah but, sorry just trying to help investors (new and old) understand the history of this as an investment and how the family, with their 50% discounted shares, are screwing all other investors that have (had) to pay full price for their stock. Just pointing out what is in the financials with over TEN MILLION in note/loans that have to be paid back. ALL in the balance sheet that is guite unbalanced with SO MANY liabilities and so little assets. --- Accounting 101.
