wbeacham tried to explain Occam's Razor a couple weeks ago (and failed) and now he's ignoring it completely. Occam's Razor dictates that a lack of news just means there's no news, and a late quarterly filing just means the company is late in filing or has stopped filing quarterlies.

All this garbage about NDA's and negotiating parties and secret schemes..... it's just horseshit.

And Nalepka did NOT work for VLMS in 2017. To the ignorant, it might look like Nalepka worked at VLMS when he posted that comment in 2017, but all his comments on LinkedIn use his current profile, including comments he posted in 2017. Printing that comment doesn't change history.
