The G-BA will also consider the results of other studies, such as post-marketing studies, when assessing the clinical and economic value of a new drug.



I would assume they also submitted data from the Evaporate trial etc ...just not enough or large enough independent data to move the needle ...so far .

AMRN said they will resubmit at some time in the future . Gr8 CV data from MITIGATE ( if we ever get it ) ...would help . Independent and no mineral oil placebo
