NO FRED

YOU'RE actually quit incorrect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I saw a legal remedy that could speed things up here AND ONE THAT WE COULD COME HALF WAY CLOSE to being able to afford, I'd be all in, if I thought it was a good idea.

Now if ya would care to be realistic about it, If you piled all the net worth of those calling to sue together in a lump sum, you couldn't even come close to having enough to even entertain the thought of starting legal action.
Actually it is most comical when I hear people talking about suits as it makes it very BOBVIOUS they have little KNOWLEDGE of what it would take dollars wise which leads me to believe most of them would have trouble rubbing two nickels together.
Now this really is not meant as an insult but, short of having at least $100 mill to even start such a program such as this it all seems to be ALL TALK by LITTLE PEOPLE that have zero knowledge of exactly what they would be undertaking.
We have spent almost a billion dollars in litigation fees here, SO JUMP UP ON THAT STUMP SON and be prepared to lose your shirt in the process.

We will either be hero or zero but I can assure ya, ifin ya go the legal route, you'll end up the same place we are going now, but you'll be DEAD BROKE

SOrry

P.S.
Do some calling about getting someone to take this on as a contingency case, I think you will quickly become aware by their answers as to what your chances are with such an effort.

IF they thought it has a snowball chance and could possibly obtain contingency financing

IT WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE
