An OTC company is not obligated to have an audited financial. OTC Rules have changed. One can call OTC markets and learn the rules. Large part of ENZC is still in R & D , and it is not yet a SEC company. Once it becomes a SEC company reporting to the SEC, then yes! it will then need to satisfy all the SEC rules including an audited financial and other requirements. An an OTC company, ENZC is doing very well plus the big positive fact that ENZC is PINK CURRENT.

I cannot wait to see ENZC PPS to skyrocket soon so it can become a bigger company and reports to the SEC
