Denner has a vested interest in keeping Amrin SP low going in to the AGM to lock in an executive compensation package for the new board members. Who's to say he isn't dumping hundreds of thousands of shares on any news or sign of strength to kill the demand? This stock isnt trading heavy volume. He can buy or sell millions of shares without triggering a report and it takes less than that to crap all over any spike in the SP.

You all talk about "the shorts". Look at the biggest current shareholder and what he can do, and is likely doing for his own benefit.

Notice, he isnt on the board. There is a clear reason for that. He's keeping his distance so he can play. He was, and is now, just a major shareholder and can trade how he likes. None of the board members are his employees. You all ask "Why wont Denner talk to us????" This is why.
