This overt scam ends only one way:

1. The SEC sues the company and several current and/or former employees/officers/directors, including, butt nott limited to, NEWBY. MASSEY. and WITLESSKOWSKA. Possibly additional directors and officers.

2. Shareholder class action plaintiff lawyers will first announce investigations and then file class action lawsuits and troll for shareholders so the firm with the most $$$ claims can be named the led class-action plaintiff counsel. The class action lawsuit will name the company and all of those in #1 above as defendants.

3. Criminal indictments for most or all of those in #1 above will issue and they will be arrested (unless in North Korea), bailed, tried, CONvicted, and imprisoned.

4. The company will be liquidated in Chapter 7 bankruptcy., FINRA will cancel the ticker, and this iHub board will become the Solar Integrated Roofing Corp (fka SIRC) board and will contain years of ridiculous posts claiming the liquidated company is coming back and that naked shorts will have to cover and all kinds of utter nonsense.And then it will slowly die.
