When will they restate previous financials?

Latest filing was to end SEC filing requirements - $SIRC has intentionally re-joined the OTC non-reporting sewer.

Other companies release 8-Ks to announce "its come to our attention that previous financial statements can not be relied upon for accurate disclosure..."

That surely seems to be the case here - granted, most realized that long ago, which is evident by the price-trend over the past 2 years.
