I beg to differ. Even though I have begun to hate the company over the last year, I think this was the first realistic, professional PR in a long time. However, I did not like the nebulous part of not being able to start a project because they could not get access, and from their wording it sounds like may not have access for a few months. A little more detail would have been appreciated.

When companies word things like that, it usually is because they are trying to hide an embarrassment----perhaps here they did not realize certain permits, or the like, were necessary, or perhaps needed to obtain a right of way easement, and now they have to wait through the process. Just a guess.
