I could be wrong. But what I gathered from the PR was nothing.

It seemed to be same old same old. As far as I am concerned there was nothing new in their PR. Everything mentioned in it was no surprise. Not too many specifics.
Except they left out anything to do with the last PR Up-list.

It doesn't seem like the market thinks it great news.
As the old saying goes, you can't beat a dead horse.
