You can't give someone inside information to secure a stock purchase just because they signed an NDA. That is still insider trading.



You want to make a bet? If an NDA was signed and a outside entity is buying the shares and plopped a $3M deposit down, this is not insider trading. I suggest you tidy up on your research into what would be deemed insider trading, and what is not, when 2 entity's use a signed NDA between the two. These thing happen all the time, if not on a regular basis.
