As of today, that clock is ticking. Meaning, with approval of the >500 label, a year needed to negotiate government pricing, still pending approval of a CVD label, the exclusive selling window could be quite short. Theyre essentially are doing what Amarin did in the US. Burn up exclusivity on the "easy" label while waiting for the CVD indication.
