What you’re saying is reasonable. But have you ever considered why he and the team have chosen to proceed in this manner ,is there a advantage to this line of progression they have chosen. If you had all the information and made a decision on the best course forward. Would this be the road you chose? You do not have a reasonable opinion unless you have all the facts. In the end, this will all make sense as to why they have strategically move forward in this way. I will default back to the fact that Darcy and the team are in formed and moving towards trading again in the near future. That has been the plan from the beginning. I believe we have an answer for the SEC notice. I do not believe this notice was not anticipated. I believe we are working with the SEC in regards to our lawsuit. I believe the SEC has been involved from day one when we moved to the expert market. I also believe none of us have any idea of the extent that Red Hawk and the SEC have been working together. And it can look pretty scary from the outside looking in. I choose to believe that Darcy and the team I have everything under control. Nothing is changed. Will be fine. All my opinion. Cowboy up.
