No. That is TOTALLY INCORRECT.

The SEC lawyers from Enforcement PROVED their case.



Why was the case thrown out then? "case dismissed". The only thing these SEC lawyers proved is that the mitigating circumstances did not warrant #DBMM even be in court. The ALJ saw right through it and rendered her ruling. Egg on Samantha's face.
