I have been in 3 successful mergers with 3 different tickers and NONE of them were ever on time as expected when they went through. Attorney’s are involved, and they all followed the same pattern. It’s usually delayed.. the PR’s were aggressive with their initial dates- and when the time passed- the “funny’s” were in full force pushing against.

I’ve had 4 or 5 (I think), that went turd up… all of them pumped PR’s out constantly…that is the key. The more PR’s, the more skittish I become…if that is the case…I bail out asap before the lights turn off…
