I can give lots of examples of mergers that took longer than what they anticipated do to changes out of their control..I was involved in selling a business which was supposedly to take 30 days but because of chances and delays it took most 4 months. If someone has never been involve with a purchase or merger or even leave their mother's basement then it just a stupid opinion of a business that they have no experience with.....
