Well every scammy little pisspot can point to DBMM about ‘no formal sanctions’ and the SEC could treat them the same way they are treating DBMM. If the little pisspot companies can survive almost 3 years of no finality, impacting business operations, getting a 211 approved, current on all filings and CE removed, then they can point to DBMM. Otherwise, they have no legs to stand on.
