Bar, With AAP the problems can clearly be seen in their 10 year chart. The chart looks like crap, so there's obviously some problems there, ie management, debt levels, etc. The 10 year chart is the best initial screening tool there is for stocks imo. Saves a lot of time, but then the harder part comes, the actual analysis, ie Buffett's territory. I'm going to follow his advice and stick to the S+P 500 :o)
