We are in the process of preparing to put together the applications for regulatory approval. There are factors outside of our control slowing down the process. We hope that the amount of slow down will slow down in 2023. Our goal is to finish preparing for putting together the applications as soon as possible. Once we are done preparing, we will be able to begin actually putting together the applications. We anticipate this work will commence towards completion in the coming months.
