Since the FLCX trading symbol appears on the Quantum Energy website, one would have to believe that the merger between the two is complete, else why would Quantum Energy be directing the investing public to trade in FLCX shares. By doing so, the public would have to believe FLCX and Quantum Energy is one of the same--they have merged completely--and investing in FLCX shares is the same as investing in QREE shares. Now if the merger is not complete, then why on earth has the FLCX trading symbol and share information been placed on the Quantum Energy website? This act would be totally confusing--even misleading--to the retail public, right?
