thanks, and clarification of post #89567:

Thanks for posting court documents and for pointing out that that Brett didn’t get a “default judgment”.

In case I confused anyone by quoting Brett in post #89567, here is the full text from a 5/27/2023 screenshot of Brett’s message, re: his lawsuit against Roger & OPTI:

“He didn’t show up and we got a default judgment. Basically we won and now we will have to see what the judgment will be.”

Instead of using the legal term “default judgment”, Brett should have said that Roger defaulted by not showing up.

Brett correctly said that he’ll have to wait for a judgment. (That should come after his lawyers submit a request for a default judgment.)
