Given this new SPAC deal with SAGALIAM~I would like to know WHAT has happened to the Contract $ENZC signed with Samsung Biologics Oct. 7, 2021, almost 2 years ago, for SB to do Clinical Testing and Development & Manufacturing of Products using our Patented mAbs CURES for HIV-AIDS & SARS-CoV-2?

And how will this SPAC deal impact or have bearing on, if any at all, our Sept 2022 Agreement with Twist Bioscience, whereby they would quickly make our mAbs products, employing the use of our A.I. Patented Platform invented by Dr. Gaurav Chandra?

Will the above "Contract" and "Agreement" be terminated, or have been terminated?!

MOREOVER, I am wondering if Enzolytics sells its Biogenysis & Virogentics Subsidiaries to SAGALIAM, whereby the "silent investors" will provide $250M & raise more capital to "pay transaction-related expenses and fund the clinical trials of ITV-1, marketing of IPF Immune™, production of fully human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and continued advancement in its proprietary technology involving the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in therapeutic discoveries and production” (per April 17, 2023 PR), WHAT will be left that Enzolytics itself will own?. Will Enzolytics, Inc have any stake or ownership in the proposed newly- formed company, "SAGA Scientific Holdings Corp"?

~and again with such proposed SPAC deal, what happens to our "Contract" of Oct. 2021 with Samsung Biologics, as well as our "Agreement" of Sept 2022 with Twist BIoscience/Abveris-- Companies who were supposed to develop our mAbs products?!

I am baffled at this point.

Does anyone have any idea what is goin on?~ or can attempt to conjecture answers to the above questions?
