AVCTQ: bankruptcy PLAN effective. All shares cancelled. The stock was up 20% to .18 on 295,000 shares volume.

Somebody knew the stock was to be cancelled and ran it up to sell before share cancellation.
I'll bet the buyers have sore bums.
