This is standard advice for all BOP self-surrenders. Self-surrenders are processed on a first-come basis, to be safe 9:00AM is a better choice in case there are many other self-surrenders that day and they show up before you do.

Butt if I were, I would axe for tonic water to protect me from pellagra and rickets..Possibly athletes' foot and toe fungus too, butt those are off-label uses.
